[lugm.org] Need for a local distro

Forget about it. Maintaining a distribution is HUGE work. You can always
contribute translations to an existing distribution. What do you mean
"local content" ? Do video tutorials in mauritian creole, using something
like Ubuntu Linux or Mint Linux.
