FYI, the 'PRs' Logan mentioned means Problem Reports.

NetBSD users can directly submit PRs (aka bug reports) via a built-in
command called 'send-pr', which interacts directly with the GNATS (GNU Bug
Tracking System) of the NetBSD project.
