Your IP is routed through a private network:
 3  10.10.140.3 (10.10.140.3)  39.213 ms  39.212 ms  39.201 ms

Hence, it is not accessible from the public. Emtel doesn't assign public
IP addresses to their devices, or better said, only through a private
network. That's the reason why I'm running OpenVPN since 2008 with
external "bridge head" operating on a public IP address.
