Since it's about Open Softwares and it's inclusion in daily life, i think
some explanations about App Inventor would be nice!
This tool is Open Source and allows everybody to create an android app
really easy.
>From : The Massachusett Institute of Technology (MIT)
You can get offline versions of it from users who forked the project!
Coding style of tool : Block Style -> Friendly to children
Technical IT required : Too easy.
Creativity required : Simple. However as coding is easy, you can devote
time to creativity!
Tough coding required : if you want to develop extentions for it. Any
extentions developed would propel Mauritians to global limelight!
Abbreviation : ai
Link : http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/
By the way, if you want any further info, coding difficulties, getting
started, database or web database inclusion in ai or any other info, i'm
here.
Special request : The development of extention is a real opportunity for
mauritian devs . . . 👋
