[lugm.org] Minutes of the exec meeting (Draft)

Sorry I missed the meeting as I had to attend to a pressing family matter.

We have money in the Treasury that can be used for the Infotech event. I'll
free myself for Infotech and I'll demo my personal RPi running OpenELEC
media center. I'll also demo other tech stuff if there is a need to but the
main focus will be multimedia.
