 Again open source astec global - Google Search shows no affiliation between astec global and FLOSS, I really think some bad things are happening that will hamper the use of Free Software in Mauritius

Hi was making some research and I stumbled onto this,  http://africamoney.info/mauritius-turns-to-open-source-software-and-explores-digital-challenges/, when did it happen and was the LUGM members informed so that they could participate. This event seem to have happened last year. 
Really the previous gov has been careless and totally unprofessional, hope this one is not so.
