[lugm.org] Linuxfest 2013 certificate

That's what I initially thought. Being organizers I wasn't expecting LUGM
members to receive certificates. However, after discussing with Ajay, we
thought even LUGM members were attendees.
Now, there yet another thing. I find it ok for not-yet-approved LUGM
members to receive certs.
I'll send you the list in a separate mail, however I am still receiving
emails for name corrections. So, would you rather prefer I send you the
list just prior to generating the certificates? It'll be more up-to-date
with correct names.
