[lugm.org] Linuxfest 2013

This has been discussed before, we are not allowed to use the Mauritius in
the name of the association, registrar policies.  :) Hence the little word
choice :p. We already have the SVG Ajay proposed for the official logo, I
believe that the logo submitted by Nirvan was for the incoming event only.
