[lugm.org] Linuxfest 2013 certificates

we might be in electronic age, or rather wanting to go paperless
but i will say like selven.
i prefer it to be printed.

i know in RH, its about Rs. 15 per print.
for 100 it would be around 1500, and i do beleive we do have that in our
treasure box
