[lugm.org] Linuxfest 2013 certificates

Indeed we do not do pdf certs. Ppl will feel this to be a scam. Lug's
reputation at stake. How much and where? Ajay we have the funds? Otherwise
we can jointly pay that. It is not a big deal. But sending out pdf certs is
going against what u promised hence the lug's get badly viewed.
