[lugm.org] Signature for Linuxfest 2013 certificates

Guys, what do we do about the certificates? It'll be good if we can send
them before X-mas ( :
If we print & sign, will we be able to get everything done by 24th? Not
sure. Besides everyone will have to come to UoM to collect them, which
involves resources again, who gonna distribute etc.

As for generating the PDFs & sending out by email, it'll be quicker. We
have Ibraahim's sign on that & Ronny is represented by a Yoda avatar.
Should I post a sample somewhere?
