topic discussed, about the organisation of a major opensource event to be
held at uom by the lug.

date should be finalized by selven due to possibility of being out of
country.

Avinash proposed to seek info to get the hall for the event.

Talked about the PCs that we could get for the event form mr. pointu
(e-Inclusion), and how we could help back in the pre-primary school project
to setup linux on some 40 pcs.

Ajay proposed to be in charge of the setting up of machines for media and
entertainment, selven proposed to join in also on that.

Among other tihngs, the membership fee was also discussed about, and we
wanted to find a name that we could possibly give to members who participate
only on the web [so as to circumvent the membership fee [since it doesn't
make sense to make someone pay rs.50 monthly if he isn;t present in any
meetings and isn't an active member.]

meeting adjourned at ~ 13hr followed by lunch.


Note: Presence head counts to the meeting have been noted to be really low
lately, make sure to be present in atleast 1 meeting out of 4.
