[lugm.org] Changes to LUGM.ORG DNS

Hello everyone,

This is purely informative and requires no action on your side.

I have been the caretaker of the lugm.org domain name since 2017,
responsible for its renewal, DNS and the associated website on
https://lugm.org. The DNS was running under a Managed DNS service by
Oracle/Dyn, sponsored by Media Spin Ltd, my former employer. With
Oracle/Dyn ceasing business at the end of May 2023, I have changed the DNS
provider to Cloudflare. DNSSEC is unaffected as Cloudflare provides DNSSEC
as part of its free tier, which I am using.
