 2. Passing of minutes of last AGM
 3. Reading & approval of Annual Report by the Secretary
 4. Reading of Financial Report by the Treasurer
 5. Membership (corporate & individual) renewal
 6. Election of new Executive Committee
 7. Activies/Projects/Collaborations for the upcoming year
 8. Other matters that members and executives wish to discuss

The handing over shall be performed on the same day for the new Managing 
Committee.
