[lugm.org] Annual General Meeting 2022/23

Hello all,

I think it would be great if we can meet on a saturday or any other day for
a catch up and other activities, most probably at Bagatelle or any other
venue. Nirvan proposed a monthly online meetup.

If we can have a poll, it would be great.
