[lugm.org] Election for Managing Committee

Hi, I'm unable to find the email whereby this saturday 28th had been
confirmed as D day for election of MC .

I'm only finding the emails which the members agree on this date.

And what percentage of active members need to be present for proper
election.
LUGM have around 50 members.
