Hi Jean,
I believe that it's my fault. I did sent a mail about it on Sunday.(See: http://discuss.lugm.org/pipermail/discuss_discuss.lugm.org/2015-September/002367.html)

How about we send an invitation to remind people about it ? I'm not sure how to proceed about this. May I suggest we add more members on telegram ? Or perhaps, we send out invites as ical, and people configure their smartphones to remind them ?
Please let me know what you guys think ?
