will there be voting for this AOB?

If there is no vote, as long as there is a quorum, it goes in any meeting.

As for AOB at the AGM, as long as its not specified in our constitution, it
can be discussed but as stated before, there should not be any voting for
it.
AOB in AGM cannot happen for companies, not associations.
