Furthermore, there are a few pending members that was awaiting board
approval, which shall be done on that day, but since they are not yet
approved they haven't been mentioned here.

* members haven't showed up any sign of life or have submitted their
resignation or is out of country, decisions needs to be taken about them,
I'll be proposing a motion about how we can have a second category of
members so as we don't necessary need to lose any members.
