1. Fortune Way Hall & additional room space will be made available to us
for a full day on 19 April 2014. It'll also be made available to us on the
eve (18 April 2014) for preparations.
2. Mr. Kailash Madhub, owner of Fortune way will see the availability of
Police on the premises during the event.
3. 2 Cleaners will be provided by Fortune Way to assure the premises are
kept clean.
4. The hall will accommodate several booths/tables (welcome desk,
installation desk, demo, kids corner etc) and a VIP section (should we need
to welcome some high profile personality). The hall is equipped with
several fans, lighting, and doors on two sides providing a fine
air-circulation.
5. Tables will be provided by Fortune Way. LUGM will need to buy cloth for
the tables.
6. 2 rooms that can accommodate 40 people each will be made available for
talks & presentations. 1 room is equipped with projector.
7. Fire clearance for the event will be obtained by Fortune Way. Necessary
arrangements with Flacq District Council will be entertained by Fortune Way.
8. CEB will be informed by Fortune Way, to prevent any power outage.
However, in case of outage, Fortune Way has a generator that will ensure
our power needs.
9. LUGM team will have a separate room to be used for preps, our lunch
corner & all.
10. Mr. Madhub advised to have a press conference 2 weeks before the event.
He's arranging for MBC coverage etc. On our end we need to prepare the
press release.
