[lugm.org] Linuxfest 2013 certificates

[Ajay R Ramjatan]

I sent an email to my contact on the 26th but due to the holiday seasons,
he had not noticed it and when he did, he thought I did not need this
anymore. I just called him and he'll get back to me ASAP with an
approximate cost. So yeah, we'll be printing this most likely.
