[lugm.org] Linuxfest 2013

Yeah, I even checked the video is HD at Ebène Accelerator. Video quality is
indeed very poor. They however managed to work on the sound. That's why I'm
proposing that we re-shoot the presentations as and when we're free so we
have some video content for the LUGM Youtube Channel. Haresh is agreeable
to this and isn't charging us anything.
