[lugm.org] vsftpd configuration

Hello Everyone,

Finally I could resolve the issue by disabling SELINUX and reboot the
centos box.
Since it is a test server, it does not really matter however it is not the
best solution.
There is other ways for installing ftp with SELINUX enabled, but I haven't
try it yet.
