[lugm.org] vsftpd configuration

Hello Everyone

I have installed and started the service to set up FTP on CentOS 4/5/6
(64-bit)
However when trying to upload or download files, from windows, it is coming
up with some error
for permissions.
Anything we need to change on the conf file??
