[lugm.org] Open Source Conference still on track

[Ajay R Ramjatan]

The event is organised by the UoM and the Agence Universitaire de la
Francophonie. Its a seminar open to the public with limited seats available
only to registrants. Its not a walk-in public exhibition so it will not
matter if UoM is in holiday season.
