[lugm.org] New OpenBSD/OpenSSH mirror

Hi,

KN (kn at debian.mu) and I have been working behind
the scenes to setup a new mirror for OpenBSD/OpenSSH.

(Huge thanks to KN who sponsors this server).

Although I doubt many of you use OpenBSD, portable
OpenSSH is available.

Since this is new, we'd welcome testers & feedback.
