I can fill in temporarily, but I think it's better to get someone
who is really interested in filling that role for the future meetings :-D

When is the next meeting planned ?

:) Logan you can definitely fill in that role :p

its just basically :D come in late, fill in a piece of paper of who of the members are present, guests present and log in big lines what went through the meeting and if there's any decision taken note who voted for what :D

As said with Ronny, I can bring a laptop with skype for
the regular members who are currently not in Mauritius.

I also have a mic and 2 portable speakers. I'm thinking
of Selven & Ashvin.

Another issue is that since Selven is away, we currently
need someone to fill in for him. The assisstant secretary
(Dilraj if you read this, Are you still in .mu ?). I can do this
temporarily. However, it would be a good idea to fill in the

vacant seats with people who are regular and active.

As said, I still prefer being a simple member ;-), but I'd like
to see more people getting involved regularly, particularly
students.

its open, seats are not limited as it depends on where we will hold the meeting, whether a projector is required...

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the suggestion Ronny. I'd love to, you know it :)

Can I invite a bunch of college students, who'd be interested in the

topics?

I believe the seats are limited nah. Is there a formal
invitation/registration or the event is open/public?

Regards,

Nitin (Ish)
