Some rogue organizations claims to host the first open source party in Mauritius:

For the history behind this website, I'd just say that the founder was looking at lugm.org's website around 1 month before starting the rogue website.

Some ppl are obviously smoking too much weeds and ignoring LUGM.

Didn't we just celebrate LUGM's birthday ?
