before you have your postfix/sendmail/blah listening on v6, make sure you also have rDNS/SPF/... working.

no, but you may want to paste what you've configured.
you may have lots of ip addresss, so virtualhost *.* may not be a good idea if you're applying some some of ip acl later.
otoh, if you want lower admin costs...
