[lugm.org] OpenSSH is in financial trouble

I'm collecting money in the name of LUGM for OpenBSD
which is currently in the red due to low CD preorders. 

However, some ppl would prefer to have their money
channeled only to OpenSSH.

We're going to split things, ppl who want to order CDs, and
those who want to do OpenSSH only. Naturally, those who
order CDs are going to get a cool disk box, plus nice stickers
for their laptop/office/workplace ;-)
