    This is to inform you that there shall be a lugm meeting this week. It
shall not be a very formal meeting, no technical presentation is planned for
this meeting, it shall be mostly talking about a few stuffs related to
activities we should organized, specially about Avinash's proposition. You
presence is required as your opinion and ideas counts.

the structure of meetings shall also be discussed. Executive members MUST be
present.
