:) yes it has already been decided that the local FOSS event that Avinash
proposed should be organized.
A Date hasn't been set yet. (this needs to be set on a vote and approved by
the president)
There was 4 executive members present in the last meeting. This issue has
been discussed for the last 6 meetings. The president presented his interest
in this, the vice president, the treasurer, the secretary, logan, the p.r.o
and a few other members [if you seek a detailed list on this with dates,
this won't be much of a problem ofcourse, to be presented in the next
meeting :) ].

Please share your thoughts about the discrepancies you see in it.

Ofcourse to be a member one just has to come to a meeting and share his wish
about becoming a member to the secretary. Date of membership form to be
released is on the 15th of june.

:) due to the low headcount and the focus of the foss event, we have not
really have the time to discuss about this. (specially about a newer
structure for meetings in a more relaxed environment).

That will be awesome if your company can also be a sponsor to the event :).
Avinash seems to be the p.r.o type to be discussing about this and mostly
incharge for this event. Though, you can feel free to talk about it to
either me, ajay or ronny about this.
As for as conditions, we have nothing strict yet, am pretty sure everything
can be talked to come to some form of agreements to both parties (lug and
company).
Thanks for proposing.

Lemme know if there's any more queries.

Thanks
