[lugm.org] Testing need with ThunderLAN ethernet & PCMCIA adapters on openbsd

Hi,

After going through the gigabit tests at noulakaz, I realised that 
tl(4) driver was missing a PHY driver.

With pointers from theo and miod, I ported it from freebsd to openbsd.

If anyone out here has a MicroLinear 6692 PHY (Some
PCMCIA adapters have it), please give it a try ;-).
