Logan, files are there, but links are bad.

Fix them to:
http://lugm.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Wireless-Security.pdf instead of http://lugm.org/2009/12/19/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Wireless-Security.pdf

and

Strange. I've just tried with both firefox and seamonkey, and
both august and december PDF links work fine.

Could you please clear your cache and try again, and
tell us if it's still broken ?
